Returns and Exchanges

RETURNS POLICY

At Mia and Marlow boutique we want you to be 100% happy with the items you purchase from us!
If you‘re not happy with your new items, we‘ve made it super easy for you to return the item/s back to us as easily as possible!

HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM TO US

 
1. For returns and exchanges, please download and fill out our returns form below. We accept returns within 14 days of receiving your order for an exchange or credit note. Please send us an email to hello@miaandmarlow.com with your order number and reason for return. We do not offer refunds.

2. Return your item via trackable post. Please keep a copy of your tracking number. Mia & Marlow assumes no responsibility for lost parcels.

3. Postage cost is non-refundable. Unless the error is the fault of Mia and Marlow (For example, wrong item or size sent to you by mistake) or your style has a manufacturing fault with it. We will offer a replacement in these circumstances.

4. Once your return has been delivered to our store and processed through our returns department, we will issue you with a credit note, via email which has no expiry date! You can use it at any time on our website.

5. We do not offer returns/credit for sale items, however we do offer exchanges for correct size.


Returns must be made within 14 days of the date you received your order. All returned item(s) must be unworn, unwashed, no stains, without the smell of perfume/deodorant, and with all tags attached. Mia and Marlow reserve the right to deny returns that are received outside these conditions.


Please allow up to 3 business days for your return to be processed from the date your return is received by Mia and Marlow Boutique. Once your return has been processed, you will be notified via the email address linked to your customer account.

Faulty/Damaged Items:
Please contact us immediately if you believe an item you’ve received from an online order has arrived to you damaged or faulty. We will handle this issue with the highest of priority and care.
